Payment by festival wristband

With us you pay at all stations (drinks, food, merch) conveniently with your festival wristband. You will receive this at the entrance.

To be able to pay with your wristband, you need to load credit on it. You can top up your ticket conveniently when you order it on our website or on site at our Service Points.

After the festival, you can have your remaining credit (excluding discount credit) refunded online or donate it.

Our Service Points will also be happy to help you with any other concerns.

Drink & Food / Drinks & Food

There are plenty of places to eat and drink on site. In addition to traditional dishes, there are also vegetarian and vegan dishes. It is not permitted to bring in food or drink. Please note that you cannot pay with cash at the stations!

Toilets / WC

There are plenty of toilets and facilities for washing hands on site.

Merchandise

On site you will find our usual monkey cage merchandise stalls

Entrance situation / Entry

Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Please pay attention to the designation of the locks when lining up and have your personal ticket at hand.

Parking / Parking

On the festival grounds you will find parking spaces for over 2500 cars which you can use until 15:00 the following day. The erection of tents is prohibited!

The parking fee is a flat rate of €10.

Wardrobe / Locker

There are enough lockers on the premises to safely lock up valuables or similar items. Unfortunately, the number of lockers is limited, so we ask you to store your jackets or non-essential items in your car.
