Festival FAQ
When will I receive my Cashless credit?
Your credit is linked to the respective ticket number. Your ticket will be scanned at the entrance and the corresponding credit will be added to your festival wristband. If you buy several tickets, you can decide at check-in which wristband your credit will be booked to.
Where can I top up my Cashless credit?
You can buy your credit in advance online or on site at our top-up stations.
Is there parking on site?
There are plenty of parking spaces. The parking fee is 10€
Is there a cloakroom?
There are approx. 1500 lockers available. Of course, you can also share a Locker with your friends. Alternatively, if you arrive by car, you can safely store your luggage there.
Can I leave the festival grounds at short notice?
We will set up options for this. Please note that commuter fees may apply.
Are there vegetarian / vegan dishes?
Yes, there will be vegetarian & vegan food trucks.
Can I return my ticket?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel tickets, but you are welcome to resell your tickets via our partner Ticketswap.
